About StradaWay

Many people see a beautiful place online and decide that they want to go there. Very few of them ever do.

The photograph does not tell you where the place is. It does not tell you what is worth seeing on the way, where to stop for the night, or whether the journey fits the three days you actually have free. Working all of that out takes hours of searching, and most trips quietly end there, planned halfway and never taken.

StradaWay removes that step.

People who have already driven a route record it in the app: where they started, where they stopped, how many days it took, and where they stayed. Anyone else can then find that trip and follow it, adjusting the dates or the stops to suit themselves. Nobody has to begin with an empty page.

A published trip can be shared as a single link or code, so an entire plan travels as one thing instead of a series of screenshots.

Most travel apps are built around destinations. StradaWay is built around journeys.

A map can take you from one city to another by the fastest road. It cannot tell you which turning is worth taking, which small town is worth an hour, or where a family travelling with a dog was actually made welcome. That knowledge belongs to the people who have made the drive, and it is what we collect.

This knowledge already exists. It is simply not kept anywhere.

It sits in group chats that are unreadable within a week, in spreadsheets that only one person understands, and in videos that show a place without ever naming it. So the same group plans the same route from nothing, year after year, and every good route learned is eventually lost.

We believe that a journey someone has taken should be worth something to the next person who takes it.

Our first market is India. We build for people who travel by road: weekend travellers, motorcycle riders, families, and anyone whose trip depends on a condition that most travel guides ignore, like a pet, a budget, a small child, or only two free days.

StradaWay was started in 2026. The app is available on Android, with iOS coming soon, and India is our first market.

We are early. The product works, and the collection of trips inside it is still growing.
