Welcome to StradaWay. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StradaWay mobile application and website (collectively, the "Platform"). Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or using StradaWay, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. About StradaWay
StradaWay is a travel technology platform that helps users plan, discover, and share structured travel itineraries.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use StradaWay. Under India's DPDPA, anyone under 18 is a "child," and StradaWay does not collect the verifiable parental consent the law requires to serve children — so the Platform is restricted to adults.
- By using the Platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Your Account
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorised access.
- StradaWay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- You may delete your account at any time via the app settings. See our Privacy Policy for details on data deletion.
4. Use of the Platform
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use StradaWay to:
- Create, save, and manage personal trip itineraries
- Discover and reuse community-created trips
- Share trips with others via links or codes
- Access travel content relevant to your niche (bike routes, pet-friendly travel, etc.)
4.2 Prohibited Use
You must not:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Post or share false, misleading, or harmful content
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from StradaWay without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Upload or share content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates any applicable law
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
5. User-Generated Content
- By posting content on the Platform, you grant StradaWay a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you share.
- StradaWay does not verify the accuracy of user-created itineraries. Always exercise your own judgement when following a trip plan.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content, features, branding, and code on the StradaWay Platform are the intellectual property of StradaWay.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from StradaWay's proprietary content without prior written permission.
7. Travel Disclaimer
- Always verify the accuracy and safety of any route or destination before travelling.
- Road conditions, weather, pet policies, and business availability are subject to change. StradaWay is not liable for any inaccuracies in third-party listings.
- You travel at your own risk. StradaWay shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from your use of information on the Platform.
8. Free Access
StradaWay is currently free to use for all users. There are no subscription fees or paid plans at this time. We will notify users in advance if paid features are introduced in the future.
9. Termination
StradaWay reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms
- Discontinue or modify the Platform at any time with reasonable notice
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it within the app.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- StradaWay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform
- StradaWay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:
- We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
- Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification
Continued use of StradaWay after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance.
